5. CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS

   5.3. Not use the website for illegal activities, harmful purposes, or activities that infringe third-party rights.

6. COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS

   6.2. Ensure the security of the hosted data, offering protection against DDoS attacks and malware.
   6.3. Provide daily backups to protect the CLIENT's files.

7. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
   7.1. The CLIENT may cancel the service before the contract ends, but the remaining monthly payments will still be due in full.
   7.2. The company may terminate the contract if the CLIENT breaches any of the terms herein.

8. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
   8.1. Technical support will only be provided for issues related to hosting, security, and website functionality.
   8.2. Structural changes to the website after delivery may incur separate charges.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   9.1. Wembly.com.br reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with prior notice to the CLIENT.
   9.2. The jurisdiction for resolving any issues arising from this contract will be the court of the company's headquarters.
